Dear Muraligeetham
ReplyDeleteThank you so much for visiting my blog. The credit goes entirely to Sangeetha. However , your comments " looks perfect" is very encouraging.I feel good.
I am surprised to see, that you have attempted to cook Cantonese dish..the most difficult one among all Chinese food. I seldom try a Cantonese style dish, unless requested by my friends, wife or daughters; simply because it is too bland and you wont see many among Indian bloggers. I shall try your method for sure.
If you want to know more about Cantonese dish please see the link.

India has introduced a new style " Indo chinese dish" which is taking over the world.
I am not a blogger but do see my food blog and the blog on Himalayas.
Now I am going to see all the recipes you have here, particularly the Malabar ones.
I will follow you blog and tagging it.
Have a nice week ahead.
Dear Muraligeetham
ReplyDeleteI read your note on this at my blog. Believe me most Indians can not eat real chinese food served in China. We love Indo-chinese only. Actually we should cook, what people like to eat.MSG is no good and I have doubt if it really has any function when we cook highly spiced Indian food.
I have stopped using it long back.
Have a nice time.
