Katla fish shallow fried




Ingredients:
Katla fish :500gm
Garlic    : 6 cloves
Ginger : 1" piece
Corriander  leaves : small bunch
Mint leaves  :  small bunch
Green chilly : 6
Pepper powder  : 1 tsp
Turmeric powder :1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil   :  2 tbsp

Method:
Clean the fish and cut them into thin slices and keep aside.
Grind all other  ingredients well  and marinate the fish pieces in the  ground masala for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the fish pieces on a low fire till the masala get dry and well coated on both sides.
