Ingredients:
Veloori (white sardines) : 1/2 kg
Chilly powder :2 tbsp
Turmeric powder : 1/2 tsp
Pepper powder : 1tsp
Salt as req
Vinegar :1tbsp
Oil as needed for deep fry
Curry leaves : few
Make a smooth paste with chilly powder, pepper powder, turmeric powder , salt and vinegar. Add few drops of water if the paste is too thick.
Clean veloori and coat with the masla paste . After half an hour heat oil in a pan , add few curry leaves and deep fry the fish depending on how much crispy you want it to be..
Enjoy with steamed rice and curry !
