chicken - 1/2kg( cut into medium size pieces. )
garlic- 10
ginger 1 inch piece
green chilly-2
red chilly powder-1tsp
pepper powder -1/2 tsp
corriander powder -1tsp
garam masala-1tsp
red colour - apinch
salt to taste.
oil ...1/2 cup
Method:
grind the incredients to a fine paste and marinate the chicken with 1 tsp of lemon juice and ground masala. keep it for 1hour and deep fry . serve hot with onion salad and puthina chutney .
