~Mutton Fry~



ingredients:
mutton - 1/2 kg ( cut into small boneless pieces )
kashmiri chilly powder -2tsp
chilly powder - 3 tsp
turmeric powder  -1tsp
salt to taste
oil  - 1/4 cup





method:

1. Wash mutton pieces well and marinate with salt and turmeric powder and keep for 10 minutes.
convert into a pressure cooker and cook till the meat is done

2. Heat oil in a pan and add the cooked meat and fry till lightly brown.

3. Add chilly powder (both ) ,stir well and fry  for  few  minutes. serve hot with rice.
