Mutton -1 kg (chopped into small pieces)
To marinate you need :
Green chilly -2
Ginger -1' piece
Garlic -3flakes
Curry leaves, chopped -few
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder -1/2tsp
Salt as required
Onion chopped -2
Garlic chopped -5
Green chilly -slit in centre-2
Ginger chopped - 1/2' piece
Tomato chopped -1
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Coriander leaves -chopped - 1 bunch
Black pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1tbsp
Meat masala powder - 2 tsp
Red chilly flakes - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - few
Method :
1. Grind green chilly , ginger and garlic to a paste.Mix this with curry leaves,turmeric powder, chilly powder ,1tsp meat masala and salt.marinate the meat with this paste for an hour.
2.Cook the meat in a pressure cooker for 3 whistles and on a low flame for another 5minutes.
3.Heat oil in a pan add chopped onion, ginger, garlic,and fry till brown.Add green chilly,turmeric powder,coriander powder, chilly flakes, curry leaves and a tsp meat masala and fry for a minute.
4.Add tomato , corriander leaves,cooked meat .stir and mix well.cover and cook on a low flame for 5minutes.
5.Sprinke pepper powder and mix well.
6.Add few curry leaves and cook till the meat is dry and fried well.
7.Serve hot with rice.
