Ingredients:
250 gms of paneer( cut into big cubes)
1 Capsicum ( cutinto squares)
1 Tomato ( cut into small squares )
2 Onion ( cut into squares )
1Tbsp Curds
1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
1 Tbsp Tandoori Masala
1/2 Tsp turmeric powder
1/2 Tsp Chilly powder
1Tsp Cornflour
1Tbsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
Mix curd with salt ,ginger garlic paste,tandoori masala,chilly powder,turmeric powder,corn flour.. Apply this paste on vegetables and paneer pieces .Keep aside for marination for about 30 minutes.
After 30 minutes, apply oil to the vegetables and paneer pieces.Pre- heat the oven for 10 minutes.Place them on a baking tray and bake at 180dgree C for 20minutes.
Serve hot with mint chutney .
