ingredients:
pavaika - 250gms
green chillies - 8no
turmeric powder 1/4tsp
salt to taste
curry leaves -few
method:
wash and chop pavaika into thin long slices. marinate with salt and turmeic powder and keep aside for half an hour.squeeze out the juice . Heat a pan , add oil and add pavaika along with slit green chillies and curry leaves. keep on a low fire stir in between till it turn to a brown colour..serve as a side dish with rice.
