Ingredients:
1/2 kg boneless chicken
1 egg
3 tesp soya sauce
1tbsp corn flour
10 red chillies (dry)
1/2 tbsp minced ginger
1tbsp minced garlic
1tsp vinegar
1tsp roasted sesame powder
1/4 tsp ajinomotto (optional)
1/2tsp pepper powder
pinch ofcolour orange red
salt to taste
oil for deep frying
4tbsp
method:
1. Cut the chicken into bite size pieces and marinate with the egg, 2tsp soya sauce ,corn flour, salt and the colour for 2 hours.
2. Cut each chilly into half lengthwise and deseed.
3. heat the oil and deep fry the chicken until brown.Drain and keep aside.
4. Heat a pan with 4 tbsp oil and stir fry the chillies till brown.This is the chilly oil.Then add garlic and ginger, fry for 5 seconds.Then add 1tsp soya sauce ,vinegar,pepper and ajinomotto.Mix in the chicken pieces and stir well to coat in the chilly oil.Sprinkle roasted sesame powder. serve hot.
