Stuffing:
2 boiled Potatoes
1 small finely chopped Onion (optional)
Coriander leaves finely chopped-1 cup
1 or 2 green Chilies (finely chopped)
{Salt
Red Chili powder
Garam masala as per taste.}
oil or ghee as required1.For the cover make dough out of whole-wheat flour (atta), as you would do for any parantha/roti.
2.Mash the potatoes. 3.Add all the stuffing items to mashed potatoes and mix it properly
4.Pull out small lemon sized balls from the dough and roll them into small/mini rotis with a rolling pin.
5.Make a lemon sized ball out of the filling and place it in the center of the roti.
Quantity of the filling should be the same as the size of the dough that you took in the previous step or a little more.
6.Cover the filling with the roti from all sides and seal well. 7.Roll into circular parathas with the rolling pin.
Sprinkle dry wheat flour on the paratha if required.
Make sure not to apply too much pressure.... the filling would ooze out otherwise.
8.Heat a tava and cook the parathas on both the sides until done.
9.add oil/ghee while cooking.
10.Remove from tava and serve hot with any side dish of your choice.
I was out and missed out many of your postings.
