Chilly Paneer


Ingredients:
Paneer -250 gms
onion  chopped -2
green chilly -4
ginger garlic paste -1tsp
capsicum chopped -1
spring onion  chopped 1 tbsp
ginger garlic chopped -1tbsp
salt to taste
cornflour- 11/2 tbsp
egg-1
vinegar- 1tsp
soya sauce -1tsp
chilly sauce -1 tsp
tomato sauce -tsp
orange red colour- a pinch
How to make Chilli Paneer:
• Chop the paneer into cubes.
• Combine together the paneer, corn flour,  salt, egg, ginger, garlic and little water mixed with orange red colour.
• Heat oil in a frying pan.
• Fry the paneer cubes coated with mixture till golden brown.
• Take a wok and heat 2 tbsp of oil in it.
• Add the onions,chopped ginger garlic and fry on high heat for half a minute.
• Add vinegar, capsicum, green chillies, soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce, salt and the fried paneer cubes.
• Mix properly ( can add little cornflour dissolved in water to make a thick gravy )  and garnish with finely chopped spring onions and coriander leaves. .

    This is a perfect Indo-chinese dish. In Korea Paneer was not available unless made at home. So I used to use Tofu (Soya paneer), which is very common in that part of the world
