Ingredients:
Wheat flour - 2cup
Sharkara / jaggery - (melted and filtered) 1 cup
Coconut - 1cup
Salt - a pinch
water as required
Ghee or oil -
Method:
Mix wheat flour with melted jaggery, coconut and salt .
Add water to make the consistency of dosa batter.
Heat a gridle and once it get heated make it to medium flame. smear some oil and Pour a spoonful of batter in the centre, spread with the back of the spoon to a thin round.
Add a tsp ghee or oil .Turn to otherside and roast till crispy.
hmm Gothambu dosa undakurundu..but sweet one adhyayta kanunne..good one...
