Prawns Fry



























Ingredients :
Prawns( small size) : 500 gms
Salt as needed
Turmeric powder :1/2 tsp
Tamarind Juice : 1tbsp
Grind to paste:
Coconut : 2tbsp(grated )
khuskhus : 1tsp
Onion :1
Ginger : 1tsp chopped
Garlic :1tsp chopped
Pepper powder :1tsp
Corriander powder : 1tsp
Green chilly : 1
Red chilly powder : 2tsp
Curry leaves : few
Oil as required

Method :
Clean and cook prawns in a clay pot adding turmeric powder , salt and tamarind juice.
Grind well all the ingredients listed except curry leaves and oil.
Mix the ground masal with cooked prawns and cook untill dry.
Heat enough oil in a frying pan and fry the prawns stirring in between .
when the masala turn to a brown colour add curry leaves and saute for a minute more.
Switch off the flame and transfer to a serving bowl.
Serve with rice.
