Ingredients:
Prawns :3/4 cup cooked
koorka : 3/4 cup cooked
Padavalanga : 1 small size
Pearl onion : 15 no:
Dry red chilly : 6
Turmeric powder : 1tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil: 2 tbsp
Curry leaves : few
Method:
Wash, peel off the skin and chop padavalanga /snakegourd into small pieces.
Crush onions and red chilies lightly.
Heat oil in a frying pan. Add crushed onion and fry lightly. Add chopped veggie,curry leaves and mix well.
Add enough salt and turmeric pdr. sprinkle little water, cover and cook .
once the veg is cooked , add boiled koorka and prawns. combine well.you can add 1/2 tsp chilly powder if needed . Fry for few minutes .Remove from heat and serve as a side dish with rice.
