Caramel Pudding




Ingredients For caramel :
Sugar : 20gm
Water: 3tbsp

Method:
Heat a pan and add sugar.leave it untouched until sugar melts and turn  lightly brown.Add water. when it starts bubbling,just swirl it to heat evenly.Once the mixture turns golden brown transfer to the mould and spread the base,Fill a baking tray with 1inch height of water and arrange the mould in  the tray.


Ingredients:- For Vanilla pudding
Milk : 500ml
Sugar : 50 gm
Egg : 3
Vanilla essence:1/2 tsp


Method:

Beat eggs until fluffy. add sugar and beat till the sugar melts completely.Add boiled and cooled milk into the mixture and beat for few minutes.Add vanilla essence and mix well. Strain the mixture through a strainer to remove any undissolved egg white strands.pour the mixture to the baking mould.Preheat the oven to 190 degree C.Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.Allow to cool and keep refrigerated for few hours.
Once chilled  unmould on a serving plate .Enjoy your delicious caramel pudding...
