Dal with Methi leaves


Ingredients:
Dal - 1/2 cup cooked
Fenugreek leaves ( Methi leaves ) - a small bunch.
Coconut -1/4 cup
Turmeric powder- 1/4 tsp
Chilly powder -1/4 tsp
Salt as needed.
Green chilly -1
jeera-few
Mango-  1 small size



Grind coconut with jeera. chop the leves . chop mangoes into med size pieces.Mix the boiled dal with leaves , mangoes and green chilly. Boil for a minute and add turmeric powder, salt , chilly powder .cover and cook till done. Add coconut paste and boil for a minute. Heat 1 tsp of oil in  a pan , splutter mustard seeds, red chilly .Pour this over the curry. cover and keep aside. serve with rotis or boiled rice.
