Ingredients:
Basmati rice cooked - 2cups
carrot - 1
beans - few
onion -1 small size
potato-1
tomato-1
corriande leaves and mint leaves a bunch
garlic and ginger chopped- 1tsp
garam masala powder -1/2 tsp
turmeric -1/4 tsp
chilly powder -1/4 tsp
Salt as need for the veg
Method:
cook basmati rice adding spices and salt .saute onion, ginger and garlic. when done, add other veggies and cook . now add turmeric powder chilly powder and garam masala powder. mix well and now add boiled rice.cover and cook for a minute. Now add mint leaves and corriander leaves.stir well .keep it closed for awhile. serve hot ..
