I got the recipe from swarna's blog .Idli is my favourite breakfast and I tried this one ...It came out well also.I have not added raw rice to make the batter and also reduced the quantity of curds to 1tbsp .Thanks to Swarna for sharing the recipe.
Ingredients :
Idli rice- 2 cup
urad dal -1 cup
Curd /Yogurt –1tbsp
Black Pepper – 1 tsp
Cumin Seed/Jeera – 1tsp
Ginger – 1”
Curry leaves – 4
Salt to taste

Method:
Soak dal and rice separately for 5 hours and grind them. Set to ferment for   8hours.
Grind pepper ,cumin ,ginger and curry leaves together and add curds and salt to the ground mixture. . Mix well and add to to the idli batter Stir well and cook the same way as you do with the regular  idli..
