Rava kesari



Ingredients:

Rava 1/2 cup
Ghee 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
Sugar 1/2 cup
yellow food colour  a pinch
Cashew nuts    few

Method :
Fry cashew nuts in ghee and keep aside
Roast rava in the remaining ghee till raw smell is gone.
Boil water and add food colour and dissolve sugar in the boiling water.
Pour this mixture in to the rava and mix well without forming any lumps .cook well on a low flame.
Add cashew nuts and mix well.
Transfer into a greased tray and let it cool well.
Once cooled cut them into desired shapes  and decorate with a cashewnut on top and serve .
