Paneer Dal Curry







Ingredients:
Paneer : 200 gm
Dal cooked  : ½ cup*
Onion : 1 (sliced)
Tomato :1 (chopped )
Garlic :1tbsp (chopped)
Turmeric powder :1/4 tsp
Chilly powder :1 tsp
Garam masala powder :1/2tsp
Corriander powder :1tsp
Kasoorimethy powder 1/4tsp
Salt to taste.
Oil: 1 or 2 tbsp

Method :
 Chop the Paneer into medium sized cubes.
Heat oil in a frying pan . Add garlic, sliced onions and fry till transparent .
Add chopped tomatos and sauté for few minutes.
Add  turmeric powder, salt . chilly powder and coriander powder and sauté till the raw smell leaves.
Add cooked dal and bring to boil. Add water if the gravy is too thick.
Add paneer cubes ,garam masala , kasoori methy powder .cover with a lid and cook for few minutes.
Garnish with chopped corriander leaves on top and switch off the flame.
Serve with roti.


* You can use any type of Dal variety . salt and turmeric powder should be added while cooking dal.*
