Sardine/Mathi Fry



How to make sardine fry :
Clean and make gashes on both sides of  sardines.If you are frying  10 to 12 sardines, take 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1.5 tsp pepper powder , 1tbsp chily powder and salt  (to taste ) and make a paste in 1 tsp of oil. Marinate the fish with this paste for around 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the fish on medium flame , turning them  to both sides in between and in no time the fish fry will be ready for you .
